For items that you would like personalized you may contact us through phone, fax or e-mail with  special instructions.

Please be sure you provide the following information:

  • Your name and phone number.
  • Information required to personalize glass (name of person, date of event, etc.)
  • Names and dates should be written as you would like them to appear . There are so many variation on the way names are spelled that I must assume the way it appears is the variation you are using.  Dates also have many variation (Ex. 15th of June, June 15th, 6-15-08, June 15, 2008) I will paint it as it appears also.

Normal Order time is 10 to 15 days plus shipping time. The main reason is air drying between paint layers.
Job may be rushed using fans and blow dryer.
Additional charge is for time spent on glass vs air dry
