Will my glass look exactly like the picture?  The overall look will be the same, however, since all glassware is hand painted by an artist there will be minor difference that will not change the beauty of the glass.  For example the mane on a horse may flow a little different or vines may twist differently. This adds to the uniqueness of the glassware.

How long will it take to receive my order?  The process does not begin until we receive your order.  Nothing sits on the shelf premade.  Each glass has several layers of paint that are allowed to dry completely before the next coat is applied (usually 24 hours).  This prevents the new layer from pulling up the last layer.  Once the piece is completed it is allowed to cure for 24 hours before it is fired in an oven to set the paint.  As you can see the process is quite involved, but well worth the wait.  Please allow approximately 2 - 3 weeks for order to be shipped.  Once shipped it will take a few days to reach you.

What kind of paints do you use?  We use only high quality artist paints that are designed for glass.  Paints are non-toxic and heat cured.  Glass paints are designed to last the lifetime of your glassware without cracking or discoloring.  Glass paints are lead free and are painted 100% in the USA by the artist.  No assemble line work is ever done!

Can my glass be washed? Paint manufacturor states paints are dishwasher safe, but to assure a long life for your painted glassware we recommend that you treat it as you would any fine china.  Hand wash with soap and water.
